Kam Wise is a costume designer based in Chicago, Illinois, originally from southwestern Ohio. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from DePaul University and has experience in costume crafts, millinery and costume construction. Kam often explores costume design through a social, political and cultural lens to establish a world and its characters. She believes everyone wears who they are in one way or another and that we can all get to know each other through our "second skin" or clothes.
